Chemical Grade Lobe Pump Phenolic Resin (Novolak Resin)
Phenolic resin (novolak resin), also known as Bakelite, are some of the most adaptive materials in the marketplace and hundreds of industries benefit from their use, such as various plastics, coatings, adhesives and synthetic fibers, etc.
Phenolic resin is solid or powder form at room temperature and will soften and flow between 150° and 338°F (65°C - 170°C). The viscosity will be varied from 100 to 10000 Centipoise (cPs) at different temperature. During the pumping, the resin should not be cold.

1. All contact parts (except seal rings) are made of super stainless steel, high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
2. Elastic material is PTFE or FFKM, temperature resistance is upto 280C degree.
3. Gap is kept between the rotor and rotor, rotor and pump chamber, no friction and long service life.
4. Targeted seal structure and material used to make sure no leakage trouble.
5. Jacket design to run steam or oil,ensure the resin can move smoothly at the appropriate temperature.
6. Effectively to transfer the resin at different viscosity.
7. Low noise, no vibration, energy saving, low maintenance.
8. Simple assembly and disassembly, nearly no wearing parts.
9. Pump flow can be adjusted at will by VFD.
