Why Bonve rotor pumps for surfactants?
Bonve stainless steel rotor pumps are effectively to transfer surfactants, which includes fatty acid, sulfonic acid, AES, LAS, AOS, L12, MES, SLES, etc. Surfactants temperature has big influence on their viscosity during the production and transportation. Surfactants have high acidity and alkalinity. Bonve rotor pumps adopts high grade staniless steel material, sealing structure and rotor type according to the characteristics of the surfactants to ensure effective delivery.
How the pump works?
The sanitary rotor pumps adopt two lobe rotors, which rotate synchronously driven by a pair of synchronous gear in the gearbox. The rotors are driven by the main shaft and sub-shaft to rotate in a synchronous reverse direction, which changes the pump capacity, builds up high vacuum and discharge pressure, thus an efficient pumping is formed.
